There are some added events this summer&lt;br /&gt;Nine and Dine for one - an event held on a Friday&lt;br /&gt;evening each month. For August, members will dine&lt;br /&gt;by the pool. Even if you are not a golfer, you certainly&lt;br /&gt;are welcome to come out for kabobs, grilled seasonal&lt;br /&gt;vegetables and of course, ice cream treats.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With the busy summer I would like to mention I couldn't&lt;br /&gt;do it without my staff. It looks like most of the snow is gone, and with the sounds and smells of spring, new, lighter fare specials will be offered. A selection of new salads with spring like toppings, of course there will still be the great fish specials (halibut is in season right now) as well as the mouth watering selection of steak entrees on the dinner menu. The&lt;br /&gt;class filled to capacity and not only was the art of cooking seafood&lt;br /&gt;mastered, it was also eaten! The best part of a cooking class! And&lt;br /&gt;speaking of eating, the new dinner menu will be featured this&lt;br /&gt;evening. One of my new items is the Niman Ranch Prime Sirloin&lt;br /&gt;a tasty piece of beef. For those chicken lovers you will need to try the&lt;br /&gt;Margarita Chicken, marinated in a margarita cocktail! His company manufactures small smoking stacks which work great on the grille. The prime rib is getting smoked for our Family Night BBQ special.
