Happy New Year!
It is the start of 2012 and we are looking at new
mouth watering entrees to change up the dining
experience. The theme in the kitchen is
"new menus" and myself and Ray are working
on new recipes. Along with new lunch and dinner
menus coming soon, our Wednesday evening
buffet specials have a new twist. This month
Bobby Flay night on January 11th - he specializes
in Southwest cooking; and Rick Bayless night on
January 25th - he specializes in traditional Mexican
cuisine with modern interpretations. Be sure to

Oh the weather outside is frightful but inside it is warm and cozy.
Yes, it is the Holiday season and again December has gotten here
quicker than expected. If you have family coming to town and would
rather not have to do all of the work, let us take the burden of
cooking off your hands. We offer a Holiday Take Home Menu that
has a wide variety of snacks, appetizers and winter warmers to
make things easier on you. You can find a copy of the menu on
the club's website or call the office to recieve a copy. Let us

The chill is in the air, November brings us cooler days as well
as fall vegetables. How can you resist a bowl of roasted butternut
squash soup on a chilly day. It is one of our featured soups offered
occasionally for lunch and dinner. November also brings
Thanksgiving, and what a better place to celebrate but here
at your club. You can carve your own turkey; we can carve
the turkey for you and serve family style; or you can order
a plated dinner. It is also the day the Packers will be pouncing
the Lions - another great reason to come to the club. Gather
with fellow members to cheer the Packers on to a win!

Fall, what a great time of the year. This past week has been
absolutely perfect for outdoor activities! While you are out
enjoying this Indian Summer why not stop in to the Club for
lunch or dinner. A new lunch menu was just launced in
September featuring Blackened Red Snapper and much
more! Saturday evenings in October you can dine from
the special Steak House menu featuring a 20 oz. Porterhouse
Steak, Loin Lamb Chops to name just a couple of the mouth
watering entrees featured on this special menu.

Fall, a season for fresh produce! As a matter of fact
this weeks Wednesday buffet will feature many of the
fresh vegetables from the Farmer's Market. Not only
are homegrown vegetables better for you, the taste is
exceptional! Why not try your hand at homeade salsa
or fresh corn relish - both sure to please!

Summer has finally come, and the club is in full
swing. There are some added events this summer
Nine and Dine for one - an event held on a Friday
evening each month. For August, members will dine
by the pool. Even if you are not a golfer, you certainly
are welcome to come out for kabobs, grilled seasonal
vegetables and of course, ice cream treats.

With the busy summer I would like to mention I couldn't
do it without my staff. I have many talents in the kitchen
and they do their job very well.

I will be hosting a cooking class this fall, watch for details.
